Independent Monitoring Surveyors
We work with leading banks and private finance companies to ensure their client's developments are completed successfully. We monitor a portfolio of developments ranging from single houses, to blocks of flats and large scale developments of over 300 homes.
Contract Administration
We have extensive experience of the procurement process including tendering, selection of contractor and contract negotiation, appointment, appropriate contract selection, arrangement of building and collateral warranties, management of the construction process through to completion including monitoring of variations and final account compilation.
Project Management
We offer our extensive construction experience to carry out the project management of all sizes of projects, residential, commercial or educational from conception to completion.
Snagging inspections
Our surveyors carry out extensive inspections of completed properties, producing detailed reports and rectification recommendations.
Development Appraisal & Viability
By undertaking development appraisals we are able to test different scenarios for a particular opportunity and determine the optimum scheme to proceed with.
Valuations
We can undertake Red Book Valuations for tax and business planning purposes.
Planning Assistance
We are able to carry out planning appraisals and co-ordinate and submit planning applications.
